1. At the login page click Forgot password?
   
   
   
2. Write your email and click on Continue 
   
   
   
3. Click on Send verification code
   
   
   
4. Check your email - no email? Double check your spam folder. 
   
   
5. Copy the verification code -> paste in to the Verification code box -> click on Verify code -> click on Continue 
   
   
   
6. Write your New Password and repeat at Confirm New Password -> click Continue
