1. Start at the main page 
    
2. Click ALERT
    
3. Click One-way
   
   
4. Write a title
   
   
5. Write your message
    
6. Choose recipients and if they should get an email, SMS, notification to the Murphy mobile app, or all the alternatives.
   • The symbols, when viewing the recipients list, means the following:
     • SMS symbol = the recipient has a mobile number
     • Letter = the recipient has an e-mail address
     • Bell = the recipient has downloaded the Murphy mobile app and logged in at least one time on the mobile app 
       
       
       
7. The confirm pup-up will appear, double check your message 
    
8. Click Send
    
9. Now you see the "Sent alert"-page where you can click on all the sent messages.

Remember that this is a one-way communication. If you want your recipients to be able to answer - use two-way alert.
