  1. Click on the plus sign at ACTIONS 
  2. Write a title

  3. Click on the box next to Status to choose the current status

  4. Write the name of the decision maker 

  5. Write the name of the person responsible for the action

  6. What type of action is it - Decision or Communication

  7. OPTIONAL: *Alternative time - you can backdate if needed

  8. If it is a high priority action than click on the box

  9. Write a description 

  10. Click Save


Congratulations you have now created a new action that can be found under ACTIONS!


*Note!

If you have used an alternative time to log events retrospectively (e.g. after a meeting or briefing) but want to return to logging everything in actual time (real-time), follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Command Center and open the relevant status or action.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Locate the field Alternative time and remove the value so the field is empty.

  4. Click Save.

➡️ When you save without an alternative time, the event will be logged using the current time – that is, the exact time you click “Save”.

💡 Tip:
If an alternative time is entered, the system will continue to log using that specified time – even if you edit the entry later. That’s why it’s important to remove the alternative time when you want to resume logging in real-time.
