Operation templates can only be created and deleted by users with administrator access to the platform.
You might want to delete a template for two reasons – either it's no longer needed, or a newer version has been created and the old one should be removed.

We're currently updating the module, which means that for now, as an administrator, you'll need to email support@murphysolution.com to request a template deletion.

Apologies for the extra step – we're working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
 

1. Start by clicking the "new operation" button
2. Select the template you want to delete
3. Click Delete
4. You will be asked if you want to confirm to delete the template - click Yes
   1. ATTENTION! Once you confirm that you want to delete the template, you cannot recreate it again.
5. Now, the template is gone from the list!
