Choose communication channels - if they should get an email, SMS, notification to the Murphy mobile app, or all the alternatives.
- Write a title
- Write your message
- Write your question
- The user can only answer yes or no, and free text

Choose recipients - Individual recipients and/ or contact groups
- The symbols, when viewing the recipients list, mean the following:
- Text symbol = the recipient has a mobile number
- @ = The recipient has an e-mail address
- Phone = the recipient has downloaded the Murphy mobile app and logged in at least one time on the mobile app
- The symbols, when viewing the recipients list, mean the following:

Confirmation - Make sure everything is correct and then press Proceed to Send
- Click Send
- Now you see the "Sent alert"-page where you can click on all the sent messages.
- Click on the message that you just sent, and now you can see everyone's answer.
Remember that this is a two-way communication. If you do not want your recipients to be able to answer - use one-way alert.

- Click Send
