1. Start at the main page 
   
   
2. Click ALERT
   
   
3. Click Two-way
   
   
4. Write a title
   
   
5. Write your message
   
   
6. Write your question
   1. The user can only answer yes or no and free text
      
      
7. Choose recipients and if they should get an email, SMS, notification to the Murphy mobile app, or all the alternatives.
   • The symbols, when viewing the recipients list, mean the following:
     • SMS symbol = the recipient has a mobile number
     • Letter = the recipient has an e-mail address
     • Bell = The recipient has downloaded the Murphy mobile app and logged in at least one time on the mobile app 
       
       
       
8. The confirm pup-up will appear, double check your message 
   
   
9. Click Send
   
   
10. Now you see the "Sent alert"-page where you can click on all the sent messages.
    
    
11. Click on the message that you just sent, and now you can see everyone's answer.

Remember that this is a two-way communication. If you do not want your recipients to be able to answer - use one-way alert.
