  1. Start at the main page 

  2. Click ALERT

  3. Click Two-way

  4. Choose communication channels - if they should get an email, SMS, notification to the Murphy mobile app, or all the alternatives.

  5. Write a title

  6. Write your message

  7. Write your question
    1. The user can only answer yes or no, and free text

  8. Choose recipients - Individual recipients and/ or contact groups 
    • The symbols, when viewing the recipients list, mean the following:
      • Text symbol = the recipient has a mobile number
      • @ = The recipient has an e-mail address
      • Phone = the recipient has downloaded the Murphy mobile app and logged in at least one time on the mobile app


  9. Confirmation - Make sure everything is correct and then press Proceed to Send
     
  10. Click Send
     
  11. Now you see the "Sent alert"-page where you can click on all the sent messages.

  12. Click on the message that you just sent, and now you can see everyone's answer.


Remember that this is a two-way communication. If you do not want your recipients to be able to answer - use one-way alert.

      • Bell = The recipient has downloaded the Murphy mobile app and logged in at least one time on the mobile app 


  8. The confirm pop-up will appear, double-check your message 

  9. Click Send

  10. Now you see the "Sent alert"-page where you can click on all the sent messages.

  11. Click on the message that you just sent, and now you can see everyone's answer.


Remember that this is a two-way communication. If you do not want your recipients to be able to answer - use one-way alert.
