Whitelist MyMurphy emails so they reach your inbox
This article is for administrators and system owners in organizations that use MyMurphy. If users do not receive the welcome email, login details or email alerts from MyMurphy, the emails may be filtered as spam or junk by your organization's email system.
Note: Check the spam or junk folder first. If the emails are not there, the sender must be whitelisted.
What to whitelist
- The domain murphysolution.com
- The sender address noreply@murphysolution.com, which is used for login emails and notifications
Who should do this
- System owner: contact your IT organization and ask them to whitelist murphysolution.com.
- Administrator, not system owner: contact your system owner and ask them to pass the request on to your IT organization.
Why this matters
Email alerts, for example crisis alerts sent by email, can be filtered as spam or never reach the recipient. Without whitelisting, recipients may miss important information when it matters most. This is critical.
