Use an Alert Template
Discover how to effectively utilize pre-designed alert templates in order to streamline communication and improve response time in emergency situations.
Step 1: Access Alert Module
Open the alert module in the platform.
Select 'New Alert' to begin.
Step 2: Prepare Alert Template
Ensure you have a custom alert template ready.
If you don't have a template, please talk to your Customer Success representative to create one.
Step 3: Use Custom Alert Template
Click on the custom alert template.
Press 'Next' to proceed to the confirmation step.
Step 4: Sjust the template, if needed
If needed, go back one step to add more recipients.
Add the desired recipients to the list.
You can also adjust the message if needed.
Step 5: Send Alert
After confirming all details, proceed to send the alert.
