Intro

A license can have so-called two-factor authentication via the Microsoft Authenticator app or via SMS. This article shows how to do when using the app for the first time.

 

  1. Go to the login page and fill in your temporary password according to the email you received. ATTENTION! If you have a login since before, you will not need to change your password, but you still need to follow the steps below. 


     
  2. Enter your email address and password - click Continue 


     
  3. Download and/or open the Microsoft Authenticator app. 


     
  4. Click the + button. 


     
  5. Select Add work or school account as well v select Scan a QR code . 



     
  6. Scan the QR code you see on your login screen and then click continue. 


     
  7. Enter the one-time code , which you see in the app and complete the login to MURPHY by clicking Verify . 

 

The next time you log in, you will only need to enter your login details, click continue and open the app to be able to enter the one-time code.
