Send notification via actions
Learn how to send notifications directly from an action, for simple and effective communication.
Once you've created an action and populated it with information, it's time to choose the person responsible.
- Fill in the Responsible box and select the user who should be responsible, and also be the one who should receive a notification.
- Choose the communication channel (SMS/Notification via our app/Mail) - you can choose more than one if you wish.
- Click Save to both save the action and send the notification.
- You can go back into the action at any time to see when the notification was sent.

- The user will now have received the notice through the method you have chosen. The message will look as follows:
Tips and tricks!
- Set a routine for how you use the function. Should you send a notification for every action a user receives or only send a notification?
- Do you write roles, eg communication, instead of names in the responsible box? It will still be possible to work that way, but keep in mind that notifications are linked to the usernames and therefore it will not be possible to send a notification via an action by only writing a role.
